In the morning session of this conference, participants will be introduced to the concepts of customized employment for people with disabilities.  In the afternoon session, participants will listen to a college student with Asperger’s Syndrome speak about the challenges he has faced in his academic career and how he compensated.  The student’s mother will also address issues that she has experienced with her son and her other children; another son with ASD and a typically developing daughter.
