The Midland County Educational Service Agency is organized into departments that assist students, families, educators, and the community to understand and access our services. Here is the alphabetical list of our departments.
The MCESA staff are responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all financial documents and records of the organization.
Career and Technical Education
MCESA coordinates career and technical education efforts for students across Midland County.
The role of the Human Resource Office is to establish and maintain positive relations with all employees – past, present and future.
Instructional Services designs, facilitates and coordinates programs and training opportunities for students, parents, staff and business and industry persons in Midland County.
The MCESA assists local schools with the requirements for student attendance and enrollment which are governed by state regulations. This is accomplished through a contract with Clare Gladwin RESD
MCESA Special Education Services department provides center-based classroom programs for low-incidence handicap student populations, special education teacher consultant services, and ancillary services for local districts.
The office of the Superintendent provides leadership, support, service and assistance to local schools.
Technology Services is responsible for maintenance of the MCESA Local Area Network (LAN) and for providing support and training opportunities to MCESA staff.
